You are bidding on an xbox 360 game lot. lot of 7 games. This lot is not like other lots on here. All of these games are 100% XBOX 360 games. There are NO old xbox games in this lot. Games included are: 1) Madden 2009 original case booklet and no scratches on the disc 2) Nascar 2008 original case booklet and no scratches on the disc 3) Fight night round 3 original case booklet and no scratches on the disc 4) Guitar hero 3 legends of rock original case booklet and no scratches on the disc 5) Guitar hero 2 original case booklet and no scratches on the disc 6) Devil may cry 4 original case and no scratches on the disc 7) Guitar hero Aerosmith original case booklet and no scratches on the disc > Product conditions Personal set in used but excellent condition. Condition Condition Description New In Box Perfect condition, never used. Item will be delivered in the original, unopened package. New With Open Box New With Open Box typically means that the customer has returned the product for reasons such as; a customer may have changed his or her mind, did not like the product, or was a gift return. Please see item description for package contents. Good Item works as new. Minimal cosmetic damage to product. Some wear and tear but not excessive. Some non-basic components may be missing. Please see item description for package contents. Acceptable Most important functions of the item work as new. Functions that do not work are described in the description. May have some damage; some components may be missing (Battery, AC Adapter, CD ROM, etc.). Not Working Item DOES NOT WORK. Sold As Is. Shipping Terms We require insurance on all items over $50. Items shipped usps will ship within 24 hours exculding weekends. Items being shipped UPS have a 3 day hold period, as do any items that are heavy or large. Return TermsIf the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within 3 days from delivery date and we will replace the defective item for you with an item of equal functionality. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund will be issued. As credit only. Specific terms are: For replacement, merchandise must be returned in the original packaging. Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges.
