All the items are in NM+ condition with the exceptions annotated with a (*). These items are from my personal collection and are all adult-owned and cared for. This means that each game is in the most pristine condition. 90% look brand new, only missing the shrink wrap. Each game has been tested and is in working order. Each game, unless indicated otherwise comes complete with its original case and instruction manual. There are no stickers or blemishes on these items. I charge a flat shipping fee which includes insurance based on the purchase price. I am making room in the collection, and this lot is priced to move! This is a great gift for the holidays.
