Thanks to Costco we got our money back instead of getting a new one. We'll wait to see if quality improves on the unit or try the Sony. So, we have 12 games up for auction. They are in normal used condition, fine scratches as typical and all function perfectly with no issues. Some are next to new. Most have the booklet in the case, and only one has a damaged case, the oblivion has a shattered corner. (can be seen in photo with very close inspection) The Halo 3 game metal case is dented but still can be used. PLEASE note this metal case is the one that catches the edge of the game disc so DO NOT use the case to secure the discs. We noticed this early on and read about the problem and we only used the case to loosely store the discs. I will offer FREE SHIPPING only for U.S. residents. Local pickup O.K.
